If you can't log into your account try these steps first.

1. Confirm the email address is correct.
2. Reset your password.
3. Try a new browser. (Chrome Firefox Safari)

Is the email address being used to login exactly the same as the email address used for your purchase?

Try a password reset to see if the reset email is sent to your email address. You can then proceed to reset your password and attempt to login with their new login credentials.

Have you attempted to login with a different browser? You may be experiencing a browser or caching issue and may need to change browsers or clear your cache.

With the Kajabi Mobile App you can access your content from anywhere and at anytime. The email address entered into the Kajabi Mobile App must match the email address associated with the account. Typically this is the same email address used when purchasing an the 100 block QAL, but it may be different if you changed your email address in your profile settings. If you need this checked, please contact me.

It's possible you accidentally unsubscribed from receiving emails (or never confirmed your email). Please enroll in the mailing list using the same email you used when making your purchase. You will then receive a new email asking you to confirm (or accept) emails from me. Once confirmed your account will be updated, allowing me to send emails to you. Please note this confirmation email expires after a couple hours, so check your email and confirm as soon as possible.

You can update your information including email preferences and password by logging into your account to access your member settings.

How do I access my member settings?

Opting into the Member Directory will only display the information you provide in your Social Profile:

• name
• location
• social accounts
   (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)

Here are the steps:

1. Log into your Member account.
2. Navigate to the top right corner.
3. Click Settings.
4. Scroll to the Social Profile section.
5. Enter the information you wish to share.
6. Select I agree to share my profile information with other members on this site.
7. Click Save to keep and apply your changes.

Try to log out of your account and log back in to see if that fixes the problem.
